Clayton HomesReviews of claytonhomes.com

Our floor unfortunately got riped by our dog when playing. His nail caught on a seam. Dillian came out to fix it and did a GREAT job. He wasn't happy with it because he didn't have the length he needed so he patched it and is going to get a better piece but patched it for the mean time. He was very respectful, nice, friendly and did a great job of patching. Thank you Dillian

Darrell the manager went above and beyond to make our home buying experience happen quickly. Very professional, courteous, polite and a gentleman. Ian helped us pick out our home. Even when I couldn’t make my mind up Ian was so patient and always had time for me. Ian is brilliant and has such a wonderful personality. I enjoyed my experience. So if you are looking for a beautiful home call Clayton Homes in Sweetwater ask for Ian because Darrell and Ian will do everything possible to help you on your journey of buying a beautiful home. Very pleased with our Clayton home. This is our second purchase- still living in first one of 11 years (from Albuquerque) and looking forward to relocating into our new home I must say that purchasing in OKC with salesman Rip Ohley was 100% better experience than previous one. He gave accurate (and incredibly fast) timelines - he did not mislead us whatsoever but tried to give reasonable answers to my many questions. He knows the information/ has been with the company many years, and any crazy inquiry I came up with, if he didn't know the answer immediately, he found out the answer and replied VERY quickly. He was easy to work with. I took my time picking colors and finishes - and he was incredibly patient and helpful. We walked through model home of our choice several times and I just can't say enough good things about his professionalism and helpfulness.

For the past few years, my husband and I have been thinking of placing a second home in Virginia. In November when driving to our VRBO, we passed Clayton Homes on Carrollton Pike in Woodlawn. We decided that once settled in, we would visit Clayton Homes. During our first visit, Lisa Larkin listened to what we were looking to do and provided us with the opportunity to visit a model. It was as if Lisa intuitively knew what we wanted as the model and the layout had everything we had in mind. Fast forward to our visit in February, and Zach Fisher and Lisa showed the highest level of professionalism taking the time to: evaluate the property we own; evaluate the best placement of what is needed to build our second home; assist with our desire to place our home on a different lot; provide guidance; and answer our questions. Lisa and Zach consistently demonstrate a high level of knowledge, provide continual support and maintain continual communication as we work through the process of being a second home. We feel highly confident with the craftsmanship and quality of the Clayton home we selected as it includes all that we wanted including the way the home is laid out. We look forward to our continued working partnership with Clayton Homes, Zach and Lisa as our second home is being built and placed. We highly recommend anyone looking to build a high quality home in the Southwestern region of Virginia to reach out to the highly professional team at Clayton Homes in Woodlawn, Virginia.
