Do not buy a Clayton home
Do not buy a Clayton home. We purchased a brand new Clayton home 6 years ago. After they delivered it to our land, we could not enter for 2 weeks so they could " set it up". I peeked in through an opening and saw no faucet in the kitchen sink. We demanded to be let in. Our "new home" had been vandalized. There was no water heater, floor had been ripped up, no faucets anywhere, ceiling in the back bedroom taken and " patched" with non- matching material. Refrigerator and stove had to be replaced. Nails and screws on the walls. They're still there. They had a couple of guys come in to "fix" things. They did as little as possible. We did not get what we paid for. We are elderly and was suppose to be our dream home forever. We had no other place so we're stuck in our "new" home. Dishonest people. Don't go to Clayton homes.
