The light fixture I ordered online came on time. It was as advertised and in working condition.

I ordered a wall mount bathroom light December 20th. Order came in a timely manner but 1 globe was broke! I did manage to “chat “ with someone but have not received new globe ! Please check for me . Thank you Pat Horn !

Every thing is great the only problem i had is that there is not a phone number to call all communication is done via email I prefer talking to customer service to get more information regarding a product or my order

The light that we ordered is exactly what I was looking for and came to us well wrapped and in a timely manner.

I only received one of the three of a kind light. I have been contacted anbout the delivery of the other two packages.

Only received 1 of the 2 lights I ordered and got an “order complete” email. Second light came separately two days later. Rather confusing. Products are fine. Just a recommendation to look into you automated emailing system for “completed” when it’s not.

We ordered 4 pendant lights in antique silver. They seem very nice and good quality. 2 were incorrectly shipped in bronze but understandable bc the box actually said antique silver. CLAXY called me back about it on a Sunday night and promptly remedied the situation and sent out the corrected lights quickly. We will order from them again.
