Advertised as free returns but I was responsible for the return shipping ($122) for the items that were not as described in which case we didn’t like. Will not buy from again. Much easier to buy from the big box stores and return things for free that you don’t like.

Hello Dominick. We regret that your issue may not have been handled in the way you wanted. Thanks for sharing your review.

Hard to place an order on website, no response to emails, difficulty in making a return, long processing time for a return. Other than all that bad news the 2 fixtures I ordered were packaged well and nice quality for the price

Hello Kimberly. When you had difficulty in placing an order with coupon code, you did the right thing by emailing us immediately. You were able to successfully place an order with coupon code after we showed you the right way. We sincerely apologize for the fact that the time needed to respond to your email in resolving your issue and the time needed to process the return and refund is longer than you expected. As a matter of fact, we need to take all the necessary steps to process return and refund and we are unable to take the next step before we finish the last one. We regret that your issue may not have been handled in the way you wanted. Lastly, we want you to know that we value customer feedback so that we can try our best to provide you with better customer service. Hopefully, we still have a chance to serve you again.

I refund never got after returning the item to the warehouse with a return label from the company

Hello Shimnon. Thanks for your review. For your information, the order that you have returned is #866034618 and this order has been refunded last week. We suffered from a date loss and it took us quite some time to recover the lost record, which resulted in a delay in refund. We are terribly sorry about the delay and the inconvenience this may have caused. Would you please check out your account and let us know whether you have received the refund? Thank you very much.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this company is terrible. Although now I’m wondering if it even is a company or just another scammer. I purchased 2 pendant lights a few weeks ago. The company got in contact with me to tell me they only had one light available so we proceeded with the order of just one light. The light didn’t work with my space and I need to return it. I reached out to the company and haven’t received any response from them in over a week. I’ve called and left many messages, emailed almost all of the different emails they have available and still nothing. I would never shop here again and advise anyone who sees this to steer clear of Claxy. Update as of 9/21/22 Claxy did respond back to my emails after leaving this review. They said there were server issues and did not receive any of my emails until the day I left the initial review. They also asked me to take down my 1 star review. Now had things gone more smoothly I might've changed my review to a higher score but alas things weren't perfect. I'll give Claxy credit and go along with the idea of "server issues" but why did no one ever pick up or return my voicemails when I called the store about 20 times when I didn't hear back from them. Also, when they sent me only 1 pendant light, they had still charged me for 2 and didn't reimburse me for the extra light until 2 weeks later after I had to send emails asking for the refund. Furthermore, when I went to return the pendant light that had been sent to me I had to pay for my own return label and provide the company with my tracking number (unusual these days). I kept track of my return since we had so many issues and noticed my package was received on August 19th but the company was unable to confirm and process the return until nearly 2 weeks after the package had been delivered. Since then the company has reached out multiple times asking for me to take down my review. Overall: If you're the type of person who likes to triple check and follow up on purchases and returns, you'll have a great experience with Claxy. However if you're more like me and prefer a simpler shopping experience, this may not be the company for you.

Do NOT order from this website. Their customer service and return policies are terrible. I order 3 light fixtures for $179, when I received them they were too small for the space. I contacted them to return and they sent me an unpaid return label to ship the items back to the Amazon Reseller all the way in Las Vegas, NV. Went to UPS to ship the items back and it was going to cost me $60 to ship them from South Carolina all the way to NV. I then contacted Claxy with my concern of the return cost and they told me they can not help. When ordering lighting online you do not know what it will look like until you see it in the space. I was ok with paying some money to return but not $60 when my order total was $179. I highly recommend ordering lights from a different supplier or directly through Amazon. Claxy customer service will not help you.
