Excellent service!

I ordered a set (razor, brush, mug, stand, etc). It came on time but the brush had a scratch on the bottom. I emailed customer service and got a response within a few minutes and they shipped out a replacement that day. I wouldn't hesitate in doing future business with this company.

I've been a customer of Classic Shaving for at least 4 years now. I'm a big fan of their shaving soap pucks and their selection of shaving creams (for traveling) and aftershave products. I've always found their product descriptions to be accurate. My only complaint, and the one thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars, is that many times products I am interested in are back-ordered for a long time. Probably not their fault, but it can be annoying when I think I've found that new aftershave (I'm picky), only to find that it's now back-ordered. But that one issue aside I would highly recommend them and their products.

Everything as described, no problems.

I had grown tired of the disposable razors. They didn't cut it. Electric razors don't last and are not inexpensive. Good, old-fashioned shaving is back. Strong, sharp, efficient blades get the job done.

The products ordered were as good or better than expected. The delivery was late (the Post Office fault, not ClassicShaving's responsibility). HOWEVER, once I advised them of the delivery problem they jumped right in, contacted the Post Office, and resolved the problem in less than 24 hours. I'm going back to their site to get one or two more things. Great having the type of razor I grew up with, as well as brush and soap. It makes shaving feel real again.

I was expecting more honestly. I previously bought a HartSteel razor on eBay and it was not shave ready despite the seller insisting it was the edge it came with. I expected this one to be nice out of the box. It was not even close. the bottom 1/4- 3/8 of the blade was not even mildly sharp and there were marks on the scales and a small nick/ scratch on the blade out of the box. Took me an hour on a sigma 1200 to get the heal of the blade to start touching the stone. I was expecting much more

It is truly a better shave, I'm hooked to the DE safety razor way of shaving. BEST SHAVE EVER!
