ClassicShaving is how I became acquainted with wet shaving and the plethora of products makes the search for what works best for you simple. A wide range of soaps, razors, aftershaves, etc. Customer service was also speedy and helpful the one time I had a question. Highly recommended for your wet shaving needs.

Well over the years I have received many comments on my moustache, mainly due to the Pinaud product. I have however in one of my earlier orders received a tube of the wax that was solid, tried to lay it in the sun to soften but it remains firm.

I placed my order a month ago thinking it would be enough time to receive in time for a birthday gift. I had to email customer service to get a timeframe after 3 weeks of waiting as the birthday was coming up within a week. I finally get the order just in time for the birthday and it was the wrong item. I called several times on the Monday (I finally just left a voicemail message) after the birthday and I emailed as well and I never got a response. I called again on Wednesday and finally got a live person! She was helpful but not real apologetic. It makes me wonder what kind of people work at this company. It's like "whatever, no big deal".
