Delivered service had negative impact…
Delivered service had negative impact on business. Customer complaints from loyal customers and high spenders. I tried to work it out with Daniel. He changed the definition of his guarantee from Sales increase to Attributed Revenue as a result. Would not refund. Daniel said he was pleased with the performance, and blamed negative trends on my business. But I understand my business well and could see the correlation. Only writing reviews because he refused to honor the guarantee. Otherwise he's a nice person. But be warned.

We respect every customer’s opinion, but we believe this review does not accurately reflect the services we delivered. Our offer and guarantee are clearly positioned around building and optimizing Email Flows, not running Facebook ads or driving external traffic. In this case, the client saw measurable improvements in Flow-attributed revenue in both Klaviyo and a third-party attribution tool that they use. It’s also worth noting that the client has continued to use the Flows we implemented more than six months ago to this day, which we believe demonstrates the ongoing value of the work delivered. Meaning, if they had a negative impact they wouldn't be running our Flows months later. Despite this, the client later disputed the charge after the work had been completed and accepted. (Which speaks volumes to their business ethics). The client seems to be disgruntled as the pending dispute is not working in their favor. For full transparency, here is a Loom video demonstrating the performance and active use of these Flows: https://www.loom.com/share/f317b3a0192f44259c8ca717f365a3bf?sid=0d30dc45-f0c2-44fe-851d-4f04b9a68b18 We stand by our work and the commitments outlined in our agreements. While we regret that this client’s experience didn’t meet their expectations, we remain confident in the integrity of our approach and the results achieved. (Company: Chess House)
