My only regret is not working with Alan and his team earlier. Absolutely nailed the design of every email with perfect tone, messaging, and logic to ensure the right people get the right email at the right time. Alan is super responsive and goes the extra mile. His team are great too. Really friendly and easy to work with. We launched 11 days ago and the new Klaviyo flows have generated £13k in attributed sales from the abandoned checkout flow and welcome series. We're only 11 days since launch, so I'm really excited to see the impact this work will have over a longer period of time. We just green lit our next project with Alan and will continue working with him into the future for all email marketing projects.

Delivered service had negative impact on business. Customer complaints from loyal customers and high spenders. I tried to work it out with Daniel. He changed the definition of his guarantee from Sales increase to Attributed Revenue as a result. Would not refund. Daniel said he was pleased with the performance, and blamed negative trends on my business. But I understand my business well and could see the correlation. Only writing reviews because he refused to honor the guarantee. Otherwise he's a nice person. But be warned.
