VIP host I give five stars customer service maybe one they read something off of 3x5 card they're no help my first two redemptions went smoothly had him within 30 minutes each I want to chunk of money about five or six thousand dollars try to cash out Max 500 I had to redo the whole verification thing over stand there with a piece of paper with the date wrote on it then take another selfie holding up my ID next to my face redo my address verification finally get the Redemption the next day and go to do another one and now it's been four and a half days already and they have not give me any information it just says pending good luck getting all your money out if you guys win
