Most worthless casino I've ever played. Their customer service is all ai only. They advertise instant withdraw. Which they honor for about 4 or 5 of them. Then they put you off for 3 or 4 days. Even at that I received my withdrawal to my bank and even spent the money. Yet clash 5 wouldn't let me make anymore withdrawals. I attempted and recorded all of it I tried making a 1000 dollar withdraw. It said 500 max. I tried that after my last withdrawal had been cleared and spent like I said for 4 days. They wouldn't allow my withdraw. I tried for 3 more days with no luck. Also I asked for customer service from a real person and was only given an ai bot over and over. So I went ahead and played out my balance. Then wouldn't you know. Right after that was gone. They was gonna let me know another withdrawal. DO NOT PLAY CLASH 5 CASINO! THEY ARE A SCAM FROM THE GET TO. They currently owe me 1000 that's still unpaid nor can I talk with any human being there about it!

Site is garbage. DO NOT PLAY HERE. They limit the amount you can withdrawl(only $500 at a time) no matter how much you win(good luck winning anything now though), The slots in the last month have stopped paying out I'm pretty sure they're doing a rug pull. VIP Hosts are horrible(Matthew especially) Customer service is a joke.

First few redemptions were quick. Been waiting on a $500 redemption since 8/19/26 and Alex Philip and Jason all say the same thing everyday, automated responses with no timeline as to when I can expect my fair winning. VIP host I give five stars customer service maybe one they read something off of 3x5 card they're no help my first two redemptions went smoothly had him within 30 minutes each I want to chunk of money about five or six thousand dollars try to cash out Max 500 I had to redo the whole verification thing over stand there with a piece of paper with the date wrote on it then take another selfie holding up my ID next to my face redo my address verification finally get the Redemption the next day and go to do another one and now it's been four and a half days already and they have not give me any information it just says pending good luck getting all your money out if you guys win

Well I'd pick 0 stars if it was an option I was referring people, started playing here after spin pals went out ..... but I got a decent win but can only withdraw $500 at a time it says 24 to 72 hours to PROCESS A REDEMPTION it does not say after approval either ......Now they are trying to word play with me about it and NOBODY FROM FINANCIAL IS REACHING BACK WITH THE LIVE AGENTS INQUIRY ABOUT MY REDEMPTION!!?? Get rid of this site first two redemption instant redemption and the 3rd one still pending and I think they will not pay me scam site. Even you win a grand you have only 500usd a day redemption so think before you play on this site😡😡😡😡
