Thanks Charity Closings
I was told that the first visit would be info only which it was. In the meantime they suggested that I contact our timeshare which is what we did. Miracle of miracles we were released from.our time share. We have Charity Closings to thank!!!!

Clarity Closings
Clarity Closings was a great company to work with in eliminating our time share. Matt Madlinger kept us up to date on the closing. This was a great experience. Haven't received the final closing papers but I know we will.

Eating Crow
I’ll admit it: I am eating crow. When I first approached Clarity Closings, my guard was up and my skepticism was sky-high. I worried the whole thing might be a scam, and I’m sure Matt and Tommy quickly realized they had one very nervous (and, yes, probably their toughest) client on their hands. But they proved me wrong — completely. Matt and Tommy were exceptionally patient, polished, and respectful. They answered every question, calmed every concern, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed, even when my confidence in the process wavered. Had they refunded my money and sent me on my way, I wouldn’t have blamed them — but instead, they chose professionalism, kindness, and consistency. I am genuinely grateful for their integrity and the clarity (pun intended!) they brought to the process. Clarity Closings exceeded every expectation I had.

Happy Ending
We really weren't sure this process would work, but Mark and his team made it possible. Our timeshare contract is canceled, and our nightmare is over.

How to get rid of your timeshare
After dealing with several potential businesses what will "absolutely get rid of your timeshare issues", for upwards of $8000 and more, with NO guarantee of success, we found Clarity Closings. Not only did they guarantee success, they came through and we are officially NO LONGER timeshare owners! Thank you to the Clarity Closings Team!
