Don't even consider another timeshare exit company. Clarity Closings was my third attempt. The first company went bankrupt. The second informed me that I would have to clear up a problem with the deed, that apparently the first company had started working on. By the time I found Clarity Closings, I was depleted. I am extremely grateful for Tommy & Matt. They both spent a lot of time explaining things to reassure and restore my confidence. Both were so patient, kind and professional. Finally not a place to pay money just to have your timeshare listed for sale! Yes you will have to pay but the payment is for the elimination of your timeshare obligation with provisions for your money back if they do not accomplish this. In addition they advise you to go to your resort directly asking for any programs they have to free you of your timeshare before you sign a contract with Clarity Closings. Dealing directly with the resort worked for me and freed me from my timeshare. I am very appreciative of my dealings with Clarity Closings and the information and advice they provided.

His expertise and guidance were instrumental in assisting me get the answers I needed to make an informed decision to end my timeshare contract. It is refreshing to deal with people who have integrity and honesty. Sometimes those attributes lead to the source getting the assignment. Sometimes, it leads another direction. I was fortunate to get the honest feedback I needed that will get me out of my timeshare in the least amount of time and money. I hope Jonathan continues to represent his company well and that he continues to be the person who takes the road of decency in this world of scammers.
