No hallaba

I was concerned initially because there are other companies offering the same service. Then I spoke to Matt. He explained exactly what the process would be like. I was impressed by the communication the Clarity Team offered. The updates were continuous. The process of sending correspondence was very easy and always received confirmation it was received. Again the Clarity Team was always professional and courteous. Most important was the turn around time for completion of the project. Trust, commitment, and patience is what the Clarity Team gave me. Thank you all. V/R, Silas

Clarity closing was very informative and helpful with my timeshare exit. I am 100% recommending them to my friends and associates going through the same hassle I had trying to get out from the time share ownership.

From the start of this process and journey with exiting my timeshare Matt, from Clarity, and Liz, with Complete Closings, kept in contact with me and walked me through each step of the process. If I had questions or received notices from my timeshare, the team worked with me to answer my questions, helped me know how to respond, or would talk with my timeshare company themselves. When it came down to the final steps, the team supported me with getting the documents taken care of quickly and within the timeline stated by my now "good-bye" timeshare. Clarity offered to provide support or connect me with support for credit repair, however after this process and exit from my timeshare my credit score went back up! I would highly recommend the team from Clarity Closing for exiting your timeshare!

Our time share was successfully closed within 9 months! I received a confirmation letter that there are no further obligations. The team at Clarity Closings was very honest and had great communication throughout the entire process. They even said that I can contact them in the future if I have any other questions or concerns (or if I get another bill for maintenance fees). There were no hidden fees from this company and no extra fees at the end. I highly recommend their services!

I had been looking to get out of my timeshare for several years. I talked to many different type of companies and some law firms , telling me they can get me out of my timeshare, but it was going to cost me upfront ( thousands ) with no guarantee of recovering money for the years I have owned the timeshare along with maintenance fees paid all these years ( 27) . I did pay one timeshare company $500 upfront about 10 yrs ago, never heard back from them. After that I would not pay anyone upfront again. Then I came across CLARITY CLOSINGS online on Facebook. These people were completely different from all the others I had previously had contact with. They were upfront about the process to get you out of your ownership. They made more sense than all the others claiming to help you . The first thing they said, was to contact your timeshare directly to see if they will cancel your ownership. I could not believe they would even suggest this, they would not make a penny on this procedure. That told me, this company is honest and legit. They were not trying to convince you to use their business for your cancellation of your ownership in your timeshare. They said , you might be able to cancel direct with the timeshare company on your own and if not call them back and they would try to help me . They had several options about what they could do to cancel my time share. This company ( CLARITY CLOSINGS) are really great people to work with and honest people. By the way, I was able to deal directly with my timeshare company and resolve my ownership to my satisfaction. I was offered three options to cancel, of my choice. My wife and I were satisfied with our options to cancel. We do have to pay, to resolve our ownership, but so much less , than anyone else was charging. Everybody needs to talk to CLARITY CLOSINGS, IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR OWNERSHIP.

They got the job do in the time frame they promiced.

After being scammed while trying to sell my timeshare, I was incredibly wary. My late husband and I purchased our interest years ago for $17,000, and I watched the maintenance fees climb from $500 to over $2,050 annually. As an older widow on a fixed income, I had found this had become a significant, unused burden. I reached out to Clarity Closings and spoke with Dale Heil. Dale was a breath of fresh air. He was transparent about their process, the potential costs, and their money-back guarantee. However, what truly amazed me was his honesty. After hearing my situation, he encouraged me to contact the resort directly first to see if I could handle the exit on my own. He believed it would save me money. Thanks to his selfless advice, I secured a direct deed-back at a fraction of the cost. In an industry often marked by high-pressure tactics, Dale and Clarity Closings stand out for their ethics and for putting the customer's best interests above their own profit.
