🚨 USER BEWARE — CLARITY TRADERS PLATFORM WARNING 🚨 Account #2: D#1804520 Account #4: D#1807204 Contact Email: Brandon Tuovila @ gmail.com I want to share what happened to me while trading on the Clarity Traders platform because, based on my experience, I seriously question how anyone can feel confident placing trades when executions like this can happen. I was trading a ticker that was actively trading around $7.30–$7.38. I attempted to place a SELL order at approximately $7.382. Before submitting the trade, I manually dragged my STOP LOSS to a hard-capped loss of approximately -$200 and my TAKE PROFIT to approximately +$400, with my levels set around the current market price. I pressed SELL. ORDER FAILED. I tried again. FAILED AGAIN. Then suddenly the platform refreshed — and my account showed that I was down approximately $2,200. I immediately went back to my dashboard, where I have 3 active accounts, and somehow TWO OF MY FUNDED ACCOUNTS HAD BEEN FAILED FOR MAX DAILY DRAWDOWN?! Here is where this becomes completely unacceptable to me: My intended sell was around $7.38. Clarity Traders' system shows the trade as having OPENED at $7.58 and then being STOPPED OUT at approximately $7.797. HOW? The ticker was trading around $7.30 at the time. It has since moved DOWN toward approximately $6.90. At no point during the relevant price action did I see the market trading anywhere near $7.58, let alone $7.797. So how does a SELL order placed while the market is around $7.38 somehow execute at $7.58 and then immediately stop out at $7.797? And how did this happen across TWO FUNDED ACCOUNTS when I was actively trading on ONE ACCOUNT? I was ONLY trying to execute action on Account #2. Mind you it failed the action I was trying to do TWICE and all of the sudden it fails my account AND Account #4 that I wasnt even trading on? On top of that, I had specifically set my stop loss to limit the trade to roughly -$200, yet both accounts ended up taking losses of approximately -$2,200 and were subsequently marked as FAILED for exceeding the daily drawdown limit. I was told this was supposedly "slippage" and/or "user error." I completely dispute that explanation. Normal slippage does not explain, from my perspective, why an order would appear to execute at price levels dramatically disconnected from the market price I was seeing — especially when those levels were apparently never reached during the relevant period. If I make a trading mistake, I will take responsibility for it. Trading involves risk, losses happen, and I understand that completely. But I cannot accept responsibility for an execution that appears to have occurred at prices I never selected and prices that, based on the chart data available to me, the market never even traded at. I have asked Clarity Traders to investigate the execution, review the backend/server logs, and correct the affected accounts. Instead, I have been left with TWO FAILED FUNDED ACCOUNTS and roughly $2,200 in losses on each, despite having attempted to cap my risk at approximately $200. How can traders trust a platform if an order can fail on-screen, refresh, and then suddenly appear as an executed trade at completely different price levels — across multiple accounts? Until Clarity Traders provides a credible technical explanation and properly investigates what happened, I would strongly encourage anyone using this platform to document EVERYTHING — screenshots, order IDs, timestamps, market prices, stop-loss settings, and trade history. This experience has completely shaken my confidence in their execution system.
