Understood my problem very fast and was really helpful.

Funded Account breach and remaining profit is lost with as well. Met consistency rule just for it to change to a different percentage. Did get one payout, but to have 8k profit and have a daily drawdown and loose all left over profit. Would be nice if you got to still get profit or take away the consistency rule in all. Do daily payouts

Scam site that don’t payout!! Requested $19k payout since Oct. 2025 and was denied stating high frequency trading even after I showed the a video proving my trading. You all are terrible and I will be filing a claim against your company!! Close down your whole operation and stop scamming traders please!!

UPDATE [Jan 27, 2026]: Formal criminal and civil reports have been filed. FBI IC3 Submission ID: 9ab06841f5294e77a91a9f4295681c02 FTC Reference #: 197001487 On October 2nd 2025, I had requested my payout of $23k while being first on the leaderboard with 25% profit gain, at this time my account was an accelerated 100k stating that there is no consistency in the trials and funded phase. I've been with Clarity for years with multiple payouts with this same account type. On October 13th Clarity enacted retroactive consistency rules to all accounts which they claim is viable under their T&C. I specifically got a written exemption from support stating that my current payout request from October 2nd "Will not be affected by the change." Well after 71 days of me waiting, they withheld 22,763.99 in earned profits for the exact rules they exempt me from in our own email thread. I find it quite interesting that all around Early October many people are complaining about the same exact scenario but all slightly different reasons? Luckily for me, they cannot claim simulated funds as they've paid me under accelerated rules many times before that I have proof of, I'm even on their social media as a payout receiver. As soon as someone posts a legitimate 1* review explaining this, this thread then gets filled with random, anonymous basic reviews from an account with no pic or prior reviews? The principal of this firm, Anthony Alvarenga, is currently attempting to dissolve ties to this entity to evade these liabilities while transitioning operations to a successor firm, Legacy Funded Futures. Unfortunately for them everyone, since I've had issues with them before I started screen recording absolutely everything from my written exemption to even Mamba pedaling this abomination on Instagram. I have given them every opportunity to settle this privately even after my subsequent fraudulent withholding of funds. Even with my generosity they replied with more lies stating my account always had consistency rules and proceeded to reply with laughing emoji's to the struggles I had been presented with due to relying on their "good faith" which they have none of. I have many pictures of my account never having these rules before October 13th even for traditional ones as well. For anyone affected like Marc, I and many others, I recommend filing a case with the CFPB, FTC and creating and IC3. I have done this actively to combat their bad faith and bring them to justice, they will not get away with their insolence. I can guarantee you, they will refute all of this in the reply below but if you were truly affected by them, please file with the FTC. Even IF they have started paying people again after this massive fraudulent shift to save themselves, they will not get away with hurting these innocent people.
