Purchased a custom ring and received it back in May 2025 and received a truly one of a kind, custom experience. Everyone at Clairamor was extremely professional throughout the whole process and even helped us out when there was an issue (our fault) with the received ring, which they had no obligation to do. Highly, highly recommend.

Very Helpful, Was able to send me updates no problem. Made sure to update me and answer any questions if needed. Package and expectations was exactly what I wanted!

you have a customer for life! I will spread the word about your service and how enjoyable of an experience it was. I feel it’s noteworthy because customer service has falling off so hard in most industries across the board I feel so it’s refreshing to have an experience like yours. I would give you more stars if they were available! Every part of the step was easy and the communication and teamwork after the purchase was top tier! Thanks forever..

Everyone has been so helpful. I was updated Throughout the whole process. They even helped me when I had changed my order and it did not effect the date I received it.

Clairamor is hands down the best! They were amazing to work with and have such an incredible team. Their customer service is truly unmatched—they genuinely listen to your concerns and do their best to find a resolution that works for you. After I lost my original engagement ring, my fiancé and I decided to give Clairamor a try for my replacement ring, and we are so glad we did. The entire experience was wonderful, and I couldn’t recommend them more. You will not be disappointed!

I absolutely loved working with Clairamor! I originally found them on TikTok and immediately connected with Cameron’s videos. A few days without me saying anything, my girlfriend sent me one of his videos too. I took that as a sign! From our first meeting, the entire team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. What stood out most was their transparency with pricing and their willingness to work within my budget without ever making me feel pressured. Compared to other jewelers I considered, they offered equal, if not better quality at a far more reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with the ring, and I know my girlfriend is going to love it when I propose. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful ring and an honest, supportive buying experience.

I could not be happier with my experience with Clairamor. Customer service was super responsive and always helpful, and I being able to work directly with Cameron to design the ring (which turned out perfectly) was excellent and made the process so much easier than what I expect a more traditional ringmaker could offer. They were able to create exactly what we were envisioning. We will 100% be coming back to Clairamor for any future projects.
