Custom Wedding Set, great outcome!
The experience was overall great. The process was fast and easy. They have good customer service, with a team that is patient and responsive. They have fair prices, with great quality stones and durable settings. I only had 1 minor issue. I communicated from the start that I wanted milgrain on 1 side of the bridge of the engagement ring. It was in the CAD, which was confirmed, and I repeated all the details in an email too, so nothing got lost in translation. I thankfully asked for a video of the rings before they were shipped out, otherwise I wouldn't have known. But they forgot to add the milgrain and I had to be the one to catch this detail! They were great in owning this, fixing it fast and shipping the ring out on time. I do see that it looks a bit off and slightly bad, since it was added post production. But, mistakes happen and I am overall happy and would recommend Clairamor!
