Update: Clae’s customer support made good on the discount after I posted the original review. I’m awaiting arrival of my shoes but am pleased they honored the discount. Original: I tried to order a pair of shoes during the Clae semiannual sale which failed upon attempting to purchase. The collection I tried to order has now mysteriously disappeared from their website and customer support provided absolutely no details into the problem and even refuted the shoes were eligible for the sale despite their website claiming otherwise.

I cant accept your reply. The right shoe squeeks when I walk.. how is that not defective. I have plenty of other shoes that do not squeek. I sent one video, you asked no questions nor made any comments. Your suggestion entails me spending further money to try rectify a problem that is fundamentally yours. The offer was not asked for to be fair and was nt a gesture of good faith taking into account the shoes are defective. Your asking me to spend further money and time when the ultiamnte solution lies with you. I have made clear that the retailer is no where near me and we all know that the shoes would be returned to be fixed. Customer serive cop out at its best. Pleas edont insult me with the platitudes of your original replies. I stand by my comments Customer service was appalling… bought shoes in a retailer while on holiday… issue with right shoe and sent video and pictures and they asked me to retune to retailer which was impossible… offered me a 15% discount on a new pair but had the audosity to limit the discount to 4 months… replies were delayed and dismissive… didn’t want a new pair I shows.. just wanted the right shoe fixed… for what I paid and the cost to simply repair they should be ashamed of themselves and I won’t buy again

Schoenen besteld, 5 keer gedragen en het leer vanbinnen aan de hiel al weg. Klantenservice gecontacteerd en ik kreeg twee opties: 20 euro refund of 15% korting op een nieuwe aankoop. Dat terwijl ik €100 voor de schoenen heb betaald + €10!! verzendkosten. Koop hier geen schoenen want kwalitatief stellen ze niets voor spijtig genoeg!

I will begin by saying I screwed up. What I didn’t expect was the worst, rudest customer service of all time. I wasn’t expecting Nordstrom quality or even Amazon but I have never been met with such awful/rude customer service in my life. Just go to Walmart. The people are nicer and more helpful and at least then you don’t feel awful about the money you spent. Confusing and misleading website which is honestly probably how they make their money to stay in business because honestly I don’t know how else they do.

Bought a Clae Bradley shoe some time ago that i started to use regularly (2-3 times a week) 6 months ago. I really took good care of it but even after few time wearing strong creases started appearing on the sides of the shoe and then the white dye/leather started coming off from those creases too , so now it has dark cracked creases or how to describe it. Cherry on the top is the linings above my pinky toe that held together 2 leather parts on both shoes is gone. I really liked the shoes but after 6 month of use while taking good care of it its just bad quality.

I unfortunately had a terrible experience shopping with CLAE. Company has one of the worst return policies I have ever seen. Had to pay extra for shipping for the first pair of shoes, when exchanging them, I had to pay for shipping again. In the end none of the shoes fit or where comfortable by any means, and I was out 40€ for shipping. What a disaster. Besides the shoes feel cheaply made, the leather is very stiff and not comfortable at all to wear. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Shoe size was a lot bigger than expected. I’ve always been a 10.5 but the shoes from Clae made me look like a clown. I submitted a return request (and a follow up email) and I’ve still not heard from anyone at the company. Very unprofessional. It also states that the customer has to expense any returns which is unheard of. Unacceptable

Les chaussures sont toujours aussi belles, par contre, je suis très déçu de mes derniers achats concernant les gammes vegan et cactus. Les chaussures couinent quand on marche, la matière extérieure est hyper fragile. J’ai porté seulement trois ou quatre fois mes Bradley cactus, et le matériau innovant 100% biologique comme vous l’appelez est déjà craquelé!! Alors oui, vous m’avez fait un avoir sur ce modèle, oui vous m’avez remboursé 20€ car mes Bradley triple white vegan sont arrivées abîmés, mais je trouve que ça fait beaucoup en peu de temps et j’en reste énormément mécontent. J’ai toujours prôné la qualité et le confort de vos chaussures, mais j’arrive à bout de souffle avec ces deux mésaventures. Heureusement, je peux me consoler en bichonnant mes Bradley essentials triple white qui reste pour moi, votre meilleur modèle! En espérant que mes remarques vous permettent d’améliorer votre gamme vegan.
