Problème "cuir vegan" Cactus
La partie en "cuir vegan" cactus de mes nouvelles sneakers Clae a commencé a se fendre après 3 mois !! J'ai contacté l'entreprise et Ils ont été très réactif en me proposant de m'envoyer une nouvelle paire gratuitement. C'est très appréciable.

Clae priority is customer satisfaction
Clae priority is customer satisfaction, not only do they have a quality product but their customer service is exceptional. I had a problem with the delivery company and Clae took control, they managed a new shipment to a new address immediately, at no cost to me and without waiting for the return of the first shipment. Clae focused only on me receiving my sneakers and enjoying them. outstanding customer service

These are great quality shoes
These are great quality shoes. As expected from Clae. They use UPS for delivery so there was no hassle with that side of things. Will be back for more.
