The customer service was exceptional in helping me navigate a return/exchange process. The package tracking resources were easy to navigate, and it felt like I was aware of where my package was at each leg of the journey. Not only a fantastic shoe, but equally fantastic systems and customer support staff!

The customer service is always great
The customer service is always great. I originally ordered a pair of sneakers that were final sale and I didn't like them. The service re allowed me to exchange for credit and get a new pair. Always cordial and prompt.
