If you want to never get response from the Customer support (and you very likely will need to contact them, the average response time is more than 30 days), or you want your money...to simply disappear (yep, exactly happened to me - 150 dollars vanished like they were never there), or you want to get your money stuck in CJ system WITHOUT ANY chances or options to get them - welcome abroad! Or and also, if you want to have old fashioned, slooooow dashboard and account, that are barely accessible from mobile. Was with CJ for 1 years and never will come back - they still owe me money, but as you can guess - they don't respond :) Please, be aware, and vote for so many other platforms! It suffices to go on ANY blogger's groups on Facebook to get dozens and hundreds of reviews like mine. Unfortunately, it is still happening in 2022.

no one responds to emails, £1000s are owed, when you finally get a response CJ support blames the advertisers for not being funded, and the advertisers just ignore the publishers. CJ are supposed to reach out to them too but apparently they are also ignored. Its a shambles, and everyone involved seems to be unprofessional and unknowledgeable

It's been more than 3 months and I still haven't received a payment issued by CJ.

Complete Scam they don't even reply to you, on Support no one response, Slow loading I don't know why famous provider CJ as Publisher this site fully scams not even reply, stay away from them, you can't withdraw your funds from account on CJ dashboard

Since mid-November I have been trying to get paid by CJ. I am owed over $1000. At that time, it was explained to me that I needed to update my tax information which I did. It took them 3 weeks to reply to my support ticket where I let them know that my information had been updated. Dec 8, 2021 CJ: In regards to your payment status, our internal teams are working diligently to verify your financial information, at this time there is no further action for you to take. Jan. 11, 2022 Me: Another week has passed - and over 2 months since my original inquiry. Still, no payment. Please tell me why. (No reply) Jan. 18. 2022 Me: Tried calling today. Was cut off with a message that said everyone was busy. Left a message and hoping to get a call back. What I need to know is if my current updated WBEN-8 is acceptable and if so, when will I get paid? I have not received anything since June 2021. Jan. 19, 2022 CJ: To follow-up on our conversation, it seems as though your account has been resubmitted for priority verification of the new information you submitted. At this time, there is no further action for you to take.  Feb. 23, 2022 (I call again) CJ: We apologize for our delayed response. We are experiencing a severely high volume of cases and are working hard to respond to each one in the order it was received. March. 2, 2022 Me: Well, another 5 days has passed with no update from the "finance team". I don't blame you (name omitted), you seem very nice...something is very wrong at CJ though. I am owed over $1000 and can't even get anyone to look into this properly. March 7, 2022 (I call again) CJ: My colleague (name omitted) reached out to me and informed me of your call. I have contacted our Finance Team for an update and have asked for an expedited response regarding your payment. Once an update is received, I will follow up with you. March 11, 2022 - Still no response. March 15, 2022 - No "expedited response" from the "Finance Team". No payment. March 23, 2022 - Called in to learn that a payment has been approved for $878. Crossing my fingers. Will update once it shows up in my account.

I've been using CJ for about 4 years now. In 2019 I made good money, but after the pandemic started my earnings online took a nose dive. In 2020 and 2021 I really didn't make much.. however last month I did get a direct deposit for commissions earned. What I am concerned about is that I don't see any impressions anymore... what's up with that? I'm looking for another company to work with.

After more than 10 years of working with this network, I noticed that my commissions have not been paid since October. On request, the support answered me that CJ was in the process of installing a new payment system and I would have to be patient for about 1 to 2 months until my account would be transferred. After his, there was still no payout instructed. I contacted again de support, which answered me that my tax number would not be entered correctly. Thereupon I have again in the completely outdated, incomprehensible, super slow interface, which has not been modernized for at least 15 years, my tax number again entered. The payment has still not been made. CJ does everything to find a reason publisher not to pay!!! I think I will close my account at this SCAM company shortly. The only reason I haven't done it yet is that CJ have two advertisers, who are interesting for me, as an exclusive program. In addition, CJ deducts 10€ fee if a publisher does not make any sales for 6 months. This is an impertinence, which does not exist in any other network. I work with half a dozen affilliate networks. I have never had such problems with any other network!
