Jim was a great tour guide! He set a comfortable pace and ensured every group member was able to hear and see visuals. He told the haunting tales while showing reverence for the history and human tragedy. Highly recommend!

The guide was extremely entertaining and engaging. Paid for hour and half but only lasted an hour. Slightly disappointed that we weren't able to visit sites that were mentioned.
