Overall good service. Rep Jack is very communicative and persistent. Any issues that arose were settled quickly which is appreciated. Booked services for luxury sprinter and vehicle came on time and in good condition.

Our return was a little disappointing. The driver was to meet us curbside. He didn’t speak or understand the English language well. It was evening raining and told us he was at #2 we were at ‘#3. He wasn’t able to load our luggage like the first driver and a suitcase fell in my friend. We asked to have the heat turned up and didn’t understand. Overall we were picked up and arrived safely. I want to thank Jack for his prompt response concern and understanding. It will not deter me from using your services should the need arise.

He explained that due to extremely heavy traffic and rain at Passenger Pickup #3, he initially waited at #2 to avoid delaying you further. However, we recognize that this caused confusion, and we are sorry for that inconvenience. We also want to apologize for the miscommunication regarding the heater and the unfortunate incident with the suitcase. While the driver mentioned that the heavy rain made it difficult to hear the initial request, he should have confirmed the instruction immediately. Furthermore, we hold our drivers to a high standard of care with luggage; we are sorry that a bag fell, and we are relieved that your friend was not hurt. We are using this feedback to remind our team that clear communication and extreme care with luggage are non-negotiable, regardless of traffic or weather conditions. I was contracted by City Sky Limousine, a broker company that owns no vehicles, to provide transportation for one of their clients on 11/08/2025. The service was completed in full, including vehicle dispatch and drop-off. Despite fulfilling the contract, City Sky Limousine disputed the full payment of $1,260 via credit card, which is currently unresolved. I am sharing this to document my experience with transparency for other service providers and clients.

Let me be clear about what happened, so there is no confusion. We are a Limo & Car Service company with a strong reputation. Over 100+ executive chauffeur and 200+ affiliates contract trust us because we have a simple rule: you do the job professionally, you get paid immediately. You mess up the customer's event, you are responsible. We gave a very important job to affiliate NYC Ultimate Party Bus, owned by Erwin. This was not just any job; it was a customer who trusted us with a special occasion. What did Erwin do? He messed it up. Completely. The service was unreliable and unprofessional. Because of his failure, we had to issue a full refund to the customer. We did not hold back. We put the customer first, like we always do. Now, instead of taking responsibility for his own failure, Erwin is making excuses. He is trying to blame our company and damage our good name. "He even added two fake reviews from his other profiles just to damage our standing." Let me tell you something: our track record is clean because we protect our customers from unreliable providers. When an affiliate fails the customer, they fail us. We did not lose this customer because of City Sky Limousine. We lost them because Erwin's company failed to deliver the service they promised. The refund came from their pocket because of his mistake, and now he is trying to avoid the consequences. We stand by our policy. We stand by our customers. And we will not let the unprofessional actions of one affiliate tarnish the trust we have built with hundreds of others and thousands of satisfied customers. Thank you. Very friendly and courteous. There was clear communication and follow up with me until SUV arrived. Vehicle was clean and had complementary water and mint candies. Driver was kind and very professional. He made unscheduled stop for us to use a restroom after leaving cemetery so we could be comfortable on the trip home. We felt safe with our driver on the road. I had a great experience and will use Legends again.
