Over 100+ executive chauffeur and 200+ affiliates contract trust us because we have a simple rule: you do the job professionally, you get paid immediately. You mess up the customer's event, you are responsible. We gave a very important job to affiliate NYC Ultimate Party Bus, owned by Erwin. This was not just any job; it was a customer who trusted us with a special occasion. What did Erwin do? He messed it up. Completely. The service was unreliable and unprofessional. Because of his failure, we had to issue a full refund to the customer. We did not hold back. We put the customer first, like we always do. Now, instead of taking responsibility for his own failure, Erwin is making excuses. He is trying to blame our company and damage our good name.
