Dear Charles, We hope this email finds you well. We would like to confirm that your order has been dispatched. Please check your email inbox (including the spam/junk folder) for the shipping confirmation and tracking details. As previously communicated, we sent follow-up information regarding the product specifications to ensure a smooth delivery process. Due to adverse weather conditions affecting transportation in the central and southeastern regions, there has been a slight delay in the shipment timeline. However, we are pleased to inform you that the package has now arrived at the local distribution center and is being prepared for final delivery. Rest assured, our team is closely monitoring the process to ensure timely handover. Thank you for your patience and continued trust in CITYMONS. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [Your Contact Email/Phone].

Over all I really like it
So far I haven’t had any issues with the hitch, it works exactly as it is supposed to. I really like the anti-rattle feature, it really does make a difference. The only thing I have had trouble with is putting the receiver in and taking it out with the key on a ring of keys, it keeps locking and unlocking so the bolts don’t lock into the receiver that smoothly. Overall I really like it.

Thank you for supporting us on Kickstarter! We truly appreciate your interest in our product, and it’s support like yours that inspires us to keep innovating. Regarding your question about the key, we carefully considered this during the design process. Allowing the key to be removed before fully securing the lock could pose a safety risk if someone forgot to turn the knob to its locked position. To ensure safe and secure travel, we designed it so the key can only be removed once the lock is fully engaged. In response to customer feedback, we’re now including a quick-release keychain with future orders, allowing quick access to the trailer arm key without impacting the lock rotation. If you’d like one, please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with your backer ID, and we’d be delighted to send one your way. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback and for being part of our journey! Warm regards, The CITYMONS Team

This is a very sturdy hitch
This is a very sturdy hitch. It looks like it could easily handle the max tow rating of my truck. The lock mechanism works great. I ordered mine with a 2 inch ball. It came with a 2 5/16 ball installed and a 2 inch ball taped to the outside of the box. Not a big problem, but I did have to order an impact socket large enough to remove the 2 5/16 so I could install the 2 inch. I would have been happier if the factory had installed it for me.
