Horrible. The took the word of a competitor and used my business name and added their phone number so all my business goes to his number. When contacted via email only they have done nothing about it. I have screen shot the company name showing it isn't the same and they refuse to take it down stating we do what the client wants.

Received a lot of compliments from clients who I have forwarded the new website to. Seems to be doing well on google too thanks a lot

Handyman Paul of Staten Island NY. # 917-524-4985 I gave Paul a down payment of $800 for a paint job. After more than a month and three canceled appointments I decided to use someone else. I was told I would get a refund. Instead Paul asked if I would loan him $500 more and wait a week to get paid $1,300. I went to small claims and got s judgement against Paul but he ignored the court, the sheriff and me. I suggest any future customers wait till the job is completed before paying any money.

My online presence couldn’t be better since working with citylocal101. They did a great job on my website. It looks organized and the content also flows really well—better than what I had before :)

Customer service is outstanding. Professional and helpful staff who responds to all inquiries on time. The whole process was hassle free and I commend them for their dedication

Update: 5/1/23 This review is for Citylocalpro, Citylocal101 which also goes by qualityresource and QRG. Several months ago I realized citylocalpro had double and triple charged me each month over a period of 14 months. I get accidents could happen, but I spoke with 4 different persons at this company, 2 of which claimed they were managers and no one seemed concerned on how this could happen. Nor did I receive an apology, only that they said they would get my money back to me. I can only assume it's company policy. It has been 8 weeks since they've been "working on it" (which is what I get every week) and they still have not returned my money. I'm sure they will disregard this review as they have the other poor reviews. And I will say, my experience has been the same as the other 1 star reviewers. I hired this company to develop landing pages and use keywords to have me show up first on google. The verbiage of these pages were written as if English was not their first language. I had to work with them for 2 weeks to get the wording to sound normal. Furthermore, the keyword phrases they have me ranked first on are not even relevant. You can search the top keywords on google for your services. I've been asking for specific keywords and I keep getting "we'll work on it". Invest your money elsewhere or keep a close eye on what you’re paying. I wish I could post evidence here to help others. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! I’ve called about a dozen companies posted on their website posted as customers and most of these are nonexistent. The phone numbers either do not go through or the website is nonexistent or the company has changed. I did reach through to one guy that said that he hired city local pro to do marketing for four months and they did not generate any revenue for him. This company does not seem legit!

Anthony Cooper can't be trusted. I fired him and Quality Resource. When I did that Anthony went into my GMB and sabotaged my settings and erased my phone number. I will be calling Dbpr to find out what my rights are. BAD BUSINESS

Worst service ever . These guys are a scam.you pay them to build landing pages 4 your business as soon as you stop paying them they will delete your pages or put their number stay away
