I received the letter in the mail and…
I received the letter in the mail and made an appointment. Cutter Honolulu was very helpful and I was driving away a couple of hours later with my new vehicle.

Unhappy customer
I went in thinking I could refinance my truck. As this is what I requested to do. They do not do refinances only sales. I felt pressured into getting a new truck instead of refinancing my other truck. Was happy with my old truck that had every option on it. Now I am in a truck with back up camera and xm only. No heated seats, no navigation system, no remote start, no running boards, no trailer hitch and no DVD player.

Hi Kevin, I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience and are unhappy with your new truck. We do refinance cars and trucks. If we were unable to refinance your truck it's possible that the miles and year could have prevented us from being able to refinance your particular vehicle. I am very sorry.

I had a car with 3+ years more to…
I had a car with 3+ years more to payoff, it was an ‘07 with about 78,500 miles on it and the loan was at an unspeakable 19%. When I received the mailing from Citylending I thought...Oh, great, here is another one, just one more company out there to add us to their list of probable success stories only to find as always that they’d LOVE to help us but their hands are tied. 😫 But, to my amazement they pulled off the nearly impossible!! They found us the deal of my lifetime. And at 60 I had seen quite a few deals. We are now driving a brand new, I’m talking 1 mile on the odometer new, 2018 Summit White Chevrolet Cruze with an excellent safety rating, 35 mpg rating as well as a really great warranty and they paid off the total I owed on my old car (13,600), and my payment is now lower than it was before. These people have far exceeded my expectations. I suggest that ANYONE that would like to get in a better financial situation regarding their automobile needs take Citylending for a spin. AND NO...I did not get paid to say this. Thank You for reading my review.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The dealership kept me waiting for over 2 hours over a 2 day period just to refinance my car.

Couldn't ask for a better financial…
Couldn't ask for a better financial institution!..I highly reccomend city lending to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle with a great interest rate.
