Very helpful and quick to set me up with an appointment to explore my options. Within 3 days I was driving home without my old car, and with a brand new ride that was better than I ever expected.

Citi Lending and Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are outstanding!!!! I usually throw away those mailers for refinance because it hasn’t worked out in the past, but I kept this one and called because I really needed to do something w my current car/loan. Marcela w Citi Lending encouraged me to come in the next day and told me to meet w Evan at the dealership, and he and Wesley were incredible. I thought if I was lucky I’d leave w a refinance, but instead I have a brand new car and no longer need to deal w my old car. I’m so incredibly grateful. The entire team Evan, Wesley, Shawn, and Debbie ( and Linda at reception) were above and beyond amazing! And Marcela was awesome too. I will definitely recommend this dealership and lending institution to others looking for help w cars and bring my daughter when she is ready to get her first car.
