Your fee is really high

Citizenshipper did not ship my pet the transporter did ; so there is no way I can give excellent stars to an app.

I got good response to my ad I thought the fees were a little high 300 plus dollars on a $1,400 estimate was a little high.

Citizen Shipper connected me with several good options to move my dog. I’d still say the price is a bit high for the very limited service you get. Everything is handled independently through the customer and shipper. The $100 for mostly a finder’s fee seems a bit much. The shipper was great, btw.

I am still waiting to get a credit back from the first person that I had to change it with his name was Kyle and I still haven't gotten anything back

The service is good- we were connected with Dependable Driver Solutions quickly, but I only gave three stars because Citizen Shipper charged $220. That seems very high when the delivery service cost so much. Otherwise I think it’s a good way to find a company to deliver your pet.

My first time looking for a shipper and using this sight. Sight worked as expected and received multiple offers all around the same price. Only downfall was the fee charged by citizen shipper. It is way more than I expected. Everyday if the program is automated and very simple so minimal company input is needed. To me, the fee is way overpriced but I have no other experience with other brokers to compare. If price isn't an option or the norm. The site was easy to use and I had replies within an hour.

Using a slider for pet weight was difficult. See no reason why CitizenShipper fee should depend on mileage. You provide a service to match clients with providers. Should be a set fee regardless of mileage.
