Couldn’t ship my puppy across country by cargo because of the cold weather. Looked for other airline options like JSX but they only fly as far as Dallas. Found CitizenShipper through a Google search. Posted what my transport requirements were and immediately received a number of bids. After reviewing bidders’ reviews and profiles I connected with a husband/wife team (T&T) to transport my puppy. Experienced no surprises which is a wonderful thing. I was very happy with the arrangement and the experience. Puppy was picked up and transported safely and quickly to his destination. Communication with the transporter was by text and I was continually informed on the puppy’s current location via Waze. Everything was worry free. Thank you.
