They were so professional and caring
They were so professional and caring. They responded to all messages promptly and were friendly and on time. They care about the animals they transport and keep you posted throughout the trip with texts and pictures. I would highly recommend Artemis Ark for any of your transport needs.

Prompt professional service with a dash of kindness
At first, I wanted to fly my dog Elvis to Phoenix, but I soon learned you can't fly animals to Phoenix during the summer. I googled pet transport. I looked at all the bids and chose Citizen Shipper. Berry reached out to me and I looked at some reviews and used their service. Berry was clear on what I needed to do to prepare Elvis for the trip. He arrived on time and took Elvis. Elvis is distrustful of strangers and can be aggressive. Berry and Elvis became best buds on the journey. Berry kept me updated as the trip progressed and showed up exactly when he said he would. All the animals in his care were treated with loving attention. If I need another pet transported I will use Berry again.

Highly Recimmended!
Citizen Shipper got it done for me! They provided excellent service and connected me to a wonderful transport company who brought my four guinea pigs from Illinois to Las Vegas. Will definitely use them again in the future! Highly recommend!!!

Tricia Greco is an upstanding…
Tricia Greco is an upstanding transporter. She went above and beyond helping me get my Sophia to Hawaii. The amount she quoted was on the money and never requested more. I will continue to do business with her in the future. I reached out to multiple people and she was the fairest shipper.
