I had a good shipper the second time
I had a good shipper the second time , but the first shipper I booked stole 600 dollars from me .. I never got that back. It was very costly to have to rebook and pay another 600. I felt Citizen shipper should have paid back that money or at least half, blocking the shipper didn't help me a bit. They did waive the fee for me the second time ( 150) which helped. There needs to be very tight regulations when people's money and pets or goods are involved. Do a better job and keep your clients happy...

When I emailed for a quote
When I emailed for a quote, it was 350.00. When I submitted it I was charged 459.00. That’s not my way of doing business. So if someone asks me I will tell them they need to add an additional 110.00 on top of quote which is very deceiving. Everything else was great.

The whole process was good except after…
The whole process was good except after delivery I could not delete my post and I'm still getting messages from shippers. I contacted support and they told me that I can't delete anything. I constantly receive reminder emails that I have new messages.

too pricy of a fee
help finding people is great, but for an already costly service, the cost of booking is ridiculous.

High fee for placement.
I think the fee is high. I got the service I needed, but the fee was not what I was expecting. Also, the fact that some shippers did not have reviews but have external websites with reviews made it hard to determine the quality of some shippers.

I’ll give you guys a three because I was not advised of the $150 fee on top of what the shipper agrees to that should be out in the open. Other than that the whole transaction was very smooth with the delivery of my pet.
