This was a great experience for the dog and for us, the owners. The driver shared a GPS tracker so we could see where they were the whole time they had our puppy! The driver stopped often for potty, walk and water breaks. Sent several txt updating with pictures and written updates about how the puppy was doing. This service was a lifesaver and a great experience. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for the great experience!

I’ve used pet transport services before, and Mark with K9Lives Transport LLC is by far the absolute best. His communications were consistent and so helpful. His love for the pets he transports was so obvious. At each step of the process, he kept me fully informed and also let me know that my schedule was important to him. Mark followed up to make sure this 8 week old tiny puppy was doing well after a very long drive. That’s service above and beyond. His pricing was excellent and he provided resources to check if I needed to pay it out. Delivery was on time, to the minute, and I loved that he shared his Waze location so that I knew exactly when to expect him. His concern for the pets, and his customers, was simply outstanding. It doesn’t get much better than this. Thank you, Mark and K9Lives Transport! I appreciate your services so much!

He was very attentive to my needs and my dogs needs so I appreciate that

Excellent communication Timely pick up and delivery Good care of our furniture Highly recommend

I chose Citizen Shipper to transport my 12 year old beagle. The website was very easy to use and it was easy to set up an account. I received over 30 quotes within just a few hours of posting my request for a ride from Nevada to Florida. There was a lot of variety in the quotes, some would transport just my dog, others would have combinations of animals, one even had an RV so they never had to get a hotel room. When I booked my driver he responded right away. I accidentally chose some additional services and Citizen responded right away and refunded me with no hassle. I received quotes from 2 other companies, Secure Pet Transport, and Pet Commute. Both of these companies offered comparable options, but they were a lot more expensive and it took awhile to receive the quotes. I would definitely use Citizen Shipper again.

Keith from Citizen shipper was honorable, professional and well equipped to transport our bran new boat ! We would highly recommend Keith to safely transport your needs!!

once my price was accepted the process couldn't have been smoother. Jazzy's pet care were on time gave great updates and kept our minds at ease as they moved our pet across states.

The speed and ease of getting a transport completed on very short notice.
