CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

I had an issue with the first transporter I chose. When I contacted Citizen, I was pleasantly surprised that the associate was aware of the situation and assured me that they would do everything possible to rectify the issue. Perhaps next time I will call Citizen and verify the vendor before contracting for transport. We have since re-contracted with another transporter through Citizen and everything has gone off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Citizen Shipper.

Great find. This website saved me so much money. Driver I found was professional and inexpensive.

I was new to this type of service. I needed to ship boxes from Texas to California. From th beginning Jennifer was there to help me and answered all my questions. When I picked the wrong bid and paid the fee before I realized my mistake, Jennifer was right there to fix my error. Since I am not very computer smart, it was nice to find a patient and professional person such as Jennifer. I am happy to say my boxes are on the way. I have had a great expiriance on your site. I will recommend it to my friends.

High marks to CitizenShipper for hiring Jennifer Buchanan, Senior Customer Relations Manager. Not being the brightest bulb in the high tech arena Jennifer was very courteous and helpful in resolving things I didn't understand and made it happen in a very timely manner. TU

I had a technical difficulty regarding placing bids. Jennifer Buchanan walked me through each step of my problem and made sure - even at the very end - that everything was set right.

I called CitizenShipper with a question. Di Anna Robinson answered promptly and listened to me. I didn't have to repeat something I already said 1 minute before like some call centers. She got it right the first time. And she had the answers. I'm impressed. Thanks Di Anna.
