This is the first experience I had with Citizen Shipper. My first contact with them was while visiting in Italy and needing to get a shipment sent from Florida. I had no issues with the site and had many bids, however, the first shipper did not work out. I contacted Citizen Shipper from their home web page and immediately received a reply. They reposted my item for me and I had an excellent experience with my second shipper. The website is easy to use and effective.

Love CitizenShipper! I found myself in a bind because I needed to get my 2 dogs from NC to South Florida on short order. I stumbled upon CitizenShipper and, literally, within 4 hours I had several bids. I picked a driver who was awesome, timely, professional. Felt safe that payment was upon delivery with only a small upfront fee. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I'll definitely use them again when I need to get something somewhere.

Mark Pascall with Citizens shipper was awesome! He transported two rescue pups from a shelter in Mojave, CA to us in Phoenix, AZ. He arrived earlier than planned and took wonderful care of the pups.Great communication, texts and emails all along the process. I would recommend him to everyone!

First of all I would like to thank Jennifer Buchanan for all her help and being right on top of everything from the start. There was a young man and his puppy whom lost control of his vehicle and went off Douglas Pass when returning from Arizona for a job interview. He attended college in Colorado on a Rodeo Scholarship when this unfortunate accident happened and paralyzed him waist down.We were looking to reunite Tyler and his pup, Addie, when Jennifer contacted us and put us in the direction of Bee Line Pet Services who had offered to help with this shipment free of charge to get this pet back to her owner. Citizenshipper took care of the gas expense. They were awesome, they contacted me immediately and made all the arrangements and continuously kept me informed every step of the way even when they delivered the puppy.I highly recommend Jennifer Buchanan and Bee Line.Thank you for all you have done!Lisa Quick
