citizenshipper.com is really great for me cause i can ship now easily items through USA, in my business it is definetly helpful to work with citizenshipper.com, website is very easily and comfortable

I enjoyed a very positive experience with CitizenShipper. I found the process very clear and easy to follow, I was connected with a friendly and personable driver who kept me updated on her progress along the way and I received my shipment as expected.

I was in a tight window and had no idea that a service like CS existed. I was a little hesitant at first but, to my pleasant surprise, their service came through and helped me ship a car cross country in a short amount of time and without incident. The seamless experience made my life a lot easier (not the least of which because I don't have to walk to work).

I had a billing issue and Jennifer Buchanan took the time in listening to my concern and once she had all the information, she quickly resolved the issue within 5 minutes, this is refreshing for me, I was a call center manager and I realize the value of a positive customer service rep, she certainly was that and more. Jennifer was apathetic and professional about my concerns. She put me at ease and provided me with confirmed information. Again, her positive attitude was beyond my expectations. Kudos to you Jennifer. This world can use more like you.

This was my first experience with CitizenShipper or any similar type experience and i had some trepidation but i needed to get something shipped but it was too big for couriers and movers were to expensive for a single piece of furniture. I decided to try CitizenShipper and it was a great experience. I'm sure it's probably quite dependent upon the driver you select so look for good ratings. My driver, Rich (RH Express) was professional, courteous, updated me throughout and i expect he took better care of my shipment than i would have been able to myself. Would recommend it to anyone.

Dan did a fabulous job with my basset hound. Basset are not always the easiest to get along with, they are sometime grumpy! Dan said he talked to him and Biscuit talked back! My baby arrived in Colorado stress free. No fur loss and/or hives from stress and he was in a top mood. He was not thirsty, which told me that he had been given enough water. I will never be forced to fly my animals again, no way when someone takes this much effort and love into what they do. I am telling everyone I know about this great experience!!! Thank you!
