We found Road Side Plus LLC to transport our cat Miss Wicket all the way from Ohio to California through CITIZEN SHIPPER. EASY TO FIND RELIABLE TRANSPORT IN A PINCH. Cherisse & Eric both were very kind, thoughtful, and went out of their way to accommodate our cat with anxiety. Pictures were sent daily, along with the capability to track travel with an app. We thought Miss Wicket would be traumatized from such a long trip. WRONG 😺 She was back to being the Diva of the household and loving kitty life.

Great job.shiped my beloved German Shepard to Austin .post and photos of the trip eased any concerns we may have had.pet friendly driver was professional.and it was quick and easy.

Loved it! Very helpful. Worked within my budget.

Fantastic!!!!!!!!! Easy transaction!! Quick service!! Even better than expected!! So thankful!!

When I needed a newly rescued puppy transported from Texas to Wisconsin I was lucky enough to find Citizen Shipper! Setting up my shipment was fast and easy and next thing I knew I was getting bids! I accepted a bid from a shipper named Hunter! He was great to work with, sent updates and photos of my pup the whole way! He delivered on time and I couldn’t be more appreciative! Thanks Citizen Shipper!

Was able to use this website to get my Oliver home, the driver was very nice also and helped a lot, website was a little glitchy for me though but still easy to use

Super awesome and professional service. Would use them again every single time. Drivers are very good and very nice! Also my driver was on time and sent me many updates and took pics of my dog thee entire time

We contracted a transporter from Citizen Shipper. I work in transportation and can definitely give this platform 5 stars. The website, setup, posting, bidding and communication process is super easy to use. There are no hidden information. We used Brown Transportation and Alex delivered our 8 week old puppy from OR to MN, everything was perfect. He was very responsive, taking pics along the way and stopping often providing updates. He was professional and provided many items at no charge from puppy pads, dishes, etc. We would definitely use him again if we decide to add another fur member to the family!
