This platform allowed me to transport a "no fly" dog across the country in which my family is grateful. I do wish that I had be able to communicate (speak to) with the transporter(s) before having to choose, it would've made it a less stressful experience. It's difficult to trust someone with your four legged family member based on others reviews and messages. Additionally, the booking fee is rather high, especially when you're on a tight budget and desperate for transport. A live chat (with a human) would've been helpful for questions I had that were not addressed in the FAQ.
