Follow up with this scam.. Driver still has not returned my deposit after Citizens said they spoke with driver and said he would return soon. That was in August.... They take no responsibility of who they hire.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE
I was ripped off of 450.00 from a criminal transportation partner. This company promises service providers that are reputable, background checked and honest. I entered into an agreement with a driver that they highly recommended, had 50 trips and 5 stars, and he ghosted me and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because the company will not stand behind you!

CitizenShipper screwed me over
They told me that they were going to pick up my motorcycle between 2 to 3 days but they didn’t come to pick up the bike until after 2 weeks after. after we agreed on a price 4 days later they said they needed 50 more dollars.

BEWARE They do not listen to anything…
BEWARE They do not listen to anything you say and will instantly shut off your service for any disputes whatsoever.And the guy handling disputes is not of any help and it takes forever to resolve anything because they don't make or take phone calls,SMH

Citizen Shipper does a very poor job of vetting the drivers. The driver Dilliana Lopez (if that is her name) may be part of a Dog Theft Ring as I discovered upon her requesting a Venmo payment using cell number 214-566-7341. Be careful if you are foolish enough to use this service.

Sam's Transport was awful
Sam's Transport was awful. She was a no show and ruined the whole delivery trip we had planned. Do not recommend!

be carful when dealing with robbers !
I booked a shipment in the driver didn't give me exact info about his truck so need to cancel in they don't refund me the money for the shipment that I never shipped !

Nearly killed our cats
The driver we used through CitizenShipper lied about how our cats would be transported across the country. He claimed he would drive the two of them himself with no other animals. When they arrived three days later than promised, after no communication the entire trip, they were emaciated, covered in feces, and barely alive. As the driver was physically blocked from leaving the house and the police arrived, we learned that the driver was a subcontractor and was consequently let go. NEVER use this company if you care about your pets.
