I had a last minute cancellation for transport not booked through citizen shipper so looking for a last minute option I used citizen shipper. Within hours or submitting my request, I had a wealth of information and choices and was able to secure an excellent transport. Fetching Fido LLC that was able to accommodate my needs last minute and I was comfortable with the transporter based on the informative information on citizen shipper and the no hassle process.

CItizen Shipper was easy to use and my puppy was delivered safely. Will definitely use this service again.

Got my new baby to me safe and on time

You can trust this company! It was a great experience.

I am glad that I used CitizenShipper great driver n my 4 cats arrive happu

I’ve worked with these folks for approximately two years. They are constantly improving their services. I believe they set the bar for shipments, especially pet shipments. They are clear and concise with their proven transporters and get your pet to you while monitoring the customer satisfaction process throughout. If your shipping a pet across town or coast to coast, look no further, you’ve found the folks with “ the solution”.

I am very happy with Citizenshipper after using them for a cross-state move. I was shocked at how quickly I got responses, conversation replies and bids on my move, so the people they connect you with are dependable and reputable. Most have plenty of reviews from other real people so I felt confident using the site - now all my belongings are safe in my new home with me. I tried using other sites such as Thumbtack which had a terrible UI and not so great customer service or flexibility, so I'm glad there's an alternative like Citizenshipper and I will definitely take a look around their site for other ways I can connect with my community to get things done!! I had heard of them briefly before but I would happy to use them now to send a pet somewhere important for instance. No one else has all those kind of options so it's great when you're not sure about an unverified option like a Craigslist posting.

Love Citizen Shipper! Our heirloom oversized rocking chair got safely delivered across the US and I felt safe with the idea the whole time. We will use again!
