John was great to me and my dog in a truly difficult situation. He came right away and made molly feel safe and made a 1400 mile trip in less than 2 days. Excellent care, excellent service, great guy to trust your pups with.

I needed to ship my cat to my new apartment and couldn’t ship her through an airline due to weather restrictions. I had to send her in a short time frame and citizen shipper helped to set me up with a courier super quick. Within minutes I had offers from certified couriers. It let me search through their profiles, read reviews about them, and it even showed me how many trips they’ve made. It saved me so much trouble and got my kitty safely to our new home.

After another company canceled last minute we were pressed to find a transport for our baby in a rush. We relocated from NY to Florida. Citizen shipper helped us find a bunch of companies willing to do it at a great price! I am so thankful we found all paws! They gave us a very fair price and a window of time that worked perfectly for us. All delays (because of traffic and what not) were clearly communicated. During the trip they provided a tracker so I could see where they were and texts daily and at my request. She sent pics with every text so I could see her. Our dog arrived safely and on the day discussed. She was very well taken care of and happy! We would highly recommend their services and will def use them again if needed! Citizen shipper makes it so easy to complete these transactions and for us to feel secure in our choice!! I will def use them for all my needs!
