CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Citizen Shipper was a lifesaver! I don't know what I would have done if I wouldn't have found Citizen Shipper. I had to transport my dog half way across the country and didn't know what I was going to do when I found their website. I'm so glad I did. They are fair priced and do a thorough back ground check on their drivers and have no hidden fees. I recommend using them for any kind of shipment.

My driver was awesome from start to delivery! He kept me informed with pictures and concerns. He was very kind and on time. I will be using Citizenshipper again!

I had a great experience with CitizenShipper. Highly recommend doing your research before selecting a bid. Some groups are too goo to be true. But if you find the right one, you wont be disappointed.

Amazing service

Everything was Great, went above and beyond what was needed. She was great and picked up and delivered in a timely manner

We booked with Roadsideplusllc.com through CitizenShipper. We decided to fly to Florida for the seven months we are in Florida. Driving had gotten to be a real hassle with awful drivers, construction, etc. However we have a 98# lab mix that wouldn't fit under the seat for sure!! This service was the best ever. Cherisse and her husband Eric, picked up our dog, Buddy, in Pittsburgh on the 1st of Oct and delivered him on the 3rd of Oct in Port Charlotte, FL. Throughout the trip, Cherisse kept us advised on how he was doing and sent many pictures. They had all the necessary bedding, crate, food & water, and socialization. They made stops for walking and potty time. Buddy was very happy to see us in FL, but it was obvious he liked both Cherisse and Eric. He had no show of anxiety or trauma from the experience. We will continue to use this company for all our future back and forth trips to and from FL. I highly recommend this company for the well organized transport and the obvious care for the animals in their care.

I just can't say enough how impressed I was with the service of transporting my little dog. I was a nervous wreck, but they kept me updated with photos and videos throughout drive. I would highly recommend them!!!!

worked out flawlessly . would use again. the transport company treated our puppy as if she was their own. constant updates and contact in a safe manor. Trip was direct and fast and affordable. thank you so much for this service.
