I trust Citizenshipper. I utilized Citizenshipper to find someone to take my dog back to his original owner. I had developed a very serious dog allergy and time was of the essence to get him home over the Thanksgiving break. I was able to search my phone for pet transport and found Citizenshipper. The platform was easy to understand, even from my mobile device, and I was able to utilize the text features in order to know when people were bidding on the job. Communication back and forth with the potential drivers was easy, as well as accepting a bid and paying the (very reasonable) Citizenshipper fee. I was able to find someone who got the dog home in a timeframe that was very quick, and with a reasonable price. I was even able to rate the driver almost instantly. It was a great service. Other sites, like uShip couldn't come close, and I'm glad I chose Citizenshipper.

As with any service, it is the responsibility of the client to vet the service. Whether it be a foster home, rescue to rescue transfer or adoptive home, to the service used in providing a safe arrival of that rescue pet. Citizenshipper provides the extra resource with oversight of their transporters that use this site. Any concerns whether it is minimal to considerable is addressed quickly by the CS reps. In my experience, reading the profiles and the terms of the exchange to open communication is vital to a successful transport. Working with a couple of these transporters in the last couple of months, EVERY transport of our vulnerable rescue pets taken out of harm's way was without a doubt, transported with over and beyond compassionate care for them. My experience with CitizenShipper was excellent. One of their members delivered one of my Boxer puppies to South Dakota, almost a 1000 miles, for a reasonable fee. He was responsive and dependable.
