Our driver, Phelicia D., was nothing short of amazing. Would recommend her to everyone!

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic our puppy was ready for pickup. In normal times it would be a fun daytrip to drive 9 hours round trip with 3 kids to pickup our puppy from the breeder. Not true in March 2020! I found myself scrambling for another option days before pickup. I found Citizen Shipper through a Google search and submitted my request for pet transport. Maria responded and we were able to coordinate easily through the Citizen Shipper site for her to bring our puppy home. The whole process was seamless in the most uncertain of times. Maria kept me updated on her location with Google maps and sent me texts with updates and pictures. She was even willing to change drop off to my vets office same day. I am so grateful that I was able to connect with Maria through Citizen Shipper. I would absolutely use this service again and refer friends!

Not ever using a transport company I was a bit worried about shipping a 8 week old puppy. I was I'll admit a nervous wreck. David was very professional and understood my concerns. I got pictures and updates and he keep me updated on feedings her bathroom schedule. I will definitely use Dave in the future.. I highly recommend using citizenshipper they are absolutely fantastic!!!

I was interested in purchasing a puppy from out of state. I didn't want to use an airline for travel purposes because I've heard that can be very traumatic for the animal. After searching around, I stumbled upon Citizenshipper. I think it's a great resource for people who would like to ship their pets at a cost effective rate. The way it works, is you put the ship requirements on their website and then people bid on your request. There are multiple bidders and you can pick which one is best for your needs. Some of the bids were competitive but others were more reasonable. Just a matter of finding the wright bid. I think this is a great way to ship pets and would highly recommend this service.

Great service and driver!

This application provided immediate help when we were in a very tight spot! The other shippers scheduled to send things with our driver cancelled, leaving us as the only one. This made a cross country drive unfeasible. However, our driver, Hakki, was amazing and actually flew our puppy to us when the country was shutting down to travel. We are forever grateful! Highly recommend CitizenShipper!

I have personally used them great experience

I just was really excited to be able to use the Citizen Shipper, especially my driver Michael, to bring my puppy home. The service was easy to use and there were many options of drivers and solutions. Very professional and easy to use.
