Easy to navigate and plenty of options. Easy to navigate and plenty of options. I was given multiple bids for transportation of my puppy from the breeder in Arkansas to me here in Washington state. I had a requested pick up date and bids just started to pile in. The people that I chose set up the pick up and the delivery time. Pick up was a week later and we ended up meeting with them on day 5 to pick up our puppy. She had taken her to the vet because of a change in her general condition. It ended up just being stress related from the number of days that she had been in the crate. The did call the next day to check in on how the puppy was doing. Which was nice. All in all I believe that they did a good job. I would definitely use citizenshipper for my future puppy shipping needs

He is the absolute BEST! We had constant communication, received pictures of our 2 puppies along their adventure from Texas to Washington state.. they are even halfway potty trained and on a schedule. And only 7 weeks old.. been thru 3 households and a long car ride halfway across the United States.. but rather than being scared or upset, they were happy, confident and ready to take on the world when we got to pick them up.. THAT is how wonderful our transport guy was with our babies.. CALL HIM! If I'm allowed to post his name.. he goes by Knine..

Leann transported our new little cocker spaniel Chloe from West Virginia to Massachusetts. She went above and beyond, keeping us updated every step of the way from picking her up to their almost 700 mile trek to the north east. She sent numerous videos and pictures of our girl the whole time and was super accommodating with the drop off time so we could get some shut eye before our fur babies arrival. I would recommend her service to anyone!

In the beginning before signing up for this travel service I admit I was extremely nervous and a little skeptical of the entire thing, but by the end of it I can say with confidence I’m glad I went with this option of travel rather than having him come by plane. This couple was extremely informative and Vert patient with me, when it came to explaining the whole process and ensuring I felt comfortable. They also ensured to have him arrive in a timely manner. They sent countless pictures of my puppy throughout the entire trip.
