Honest Review. My experience with CitizenShipper
CitizenShipper was just a wonderful platform to use. I’m glad I came across the webpage. It’s super easy to use and you can choose the person to do your service based on reviews and badges that the website provides as well for just a $50 booking fee? I think it’s worth to me. I chose my driver based on his badges and his experience and my baby’s trip went smoothly. She got here 2 days later safe and sound. The platform also allowed me to communicate with him constantly. It was just great. I was desperately in need for a service like this since we were being kicked out of our house during COVID and this was just heaven sent. Keep in mind though, you choose the person to transport your pet. Sometimes people choose based on rates and how much money they charge, keep in mind you do that at your own risk. The platform does have a certain degree of responsibility if the driver fails but ultimately, it’s your pet and you should book who you think will treat your pet BEST. Like I said, I went through every single driver who bid on my service and spoke to them. I looked at their profiles and batches and eventually chose the best that fit my needs. I have no complaints about this platform or my driver. Both were excellent. I would use this again.
