As the folks at Citizen Shipper are aware, we had a VERY rough beginning and although it was not the fault of them or their service, they did everything and more to make us happy. We gave them (and a different carrier) another chance and we could not have been happier! They came though, and in the end we were very, VERY satisfied. Give this company a try and they will absolutely do their best to make sure you have a great experience!

This was the first time I used CitizenShipper and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received quotes from multiple shippers/drivers. I thought the fee to CitizenShipper was a little high, but I really appreciate that they do back ground checks on the drivers that post on their site. That really put my mind at ease when scheduling a ride for one of our cats! :) The website is very easy to use, too!

This is the best carrier pet service around let alone did Tamara keep in touch know my breed and send pic at the whole way. She was one of the kindest people I met, that dealt with last min changes like a pro!

Stacey and Shawn were very personal and clearly care for the pups they are transporting. I had great communication updates with picture. I could follow their travel progress with GPS right up to the moment they showed up at my door! Their effort to arrive on time was greatly appreciated!
