The breeder I bought my puppy from recommended CitizenShipper to transport our puppy to us. I couldn’t believe how easy it was & everyone that offered to bring her home was awesome. Thank you!!

The dogs were picked up on time and delivered earlier than expected which was great. Driver made contact regularly and sent pics. Even gave me access to an app to track their trip. Price was unbeatable and allowed both dogs to travel for a great price. Even with short notification made it happen. I would definitely use them again. Very professional and personable. No complaints.

Excellent service from CitizenShipper. Fantastic driver transported our puppy from Ohio to Maine with great communication and caring service all the way.

COVID-19 has made all of us look for new ways to do things and for us that meant transporting 2 cats from Indiana to California while under travel restrictions. When our aunt passed away there was no one locally to take in her 2 cats. Unable to get the pets ourselves we found CitizenShipper on the internet. The most memorable thing about the site is I don’t remember it... meaning everything went so smoothly. Bids started coming in quickly, notifications prompted me to review outstanding bids and reminders and offers of assistance came in by email in case I needed help. The experience was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone needing transportation services.

Very easy to arrange shipping. Quickly received a quote after posting that I wanted to ship my can am spyder from Floridia to South Carolina. I will use this service again.

We had an excellent experience with Citizen Shippers. Minutes after we posted what we needed (a pet transporter) we had dozens of responses from people who were interested in the job. We were given price quotes and details about the trip and had an opportunity to research the transporters online as well as chat with them directly. Payment to Citizen Shippers was easy. They charged us a fee that was equivalent to 20% of the fee we negotiated with the transporter. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Citizen Shippers!

JETPETZ recently transported a puppy for me, from Columbus, Ohio, to San Francisco, California. I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful care ROBERTO showed my puppy. His communication with me was impeccable and everything happened according to schedule. If possible, I would rate the service 10 stars and JETPETZ will definitely be my first choice in the future.

This company was great! I was a scared I’ve never used a company like this before. Carl and his friend were my transit and they were awesome! The communication was great! They took pictures, kept me updated on their location, which states they were traveling thru during the day. They were so sweet to my puppy took great care of him! This company is great
