CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Citizen Shipper hooked me up with HB Transit Logistics who in turn assigned Juan Carlos Vasquez as the driver. Communication with HB Transit Logistics was slow after I signed the contract and before they assigned a driver - I had to keep pestering them to get a driver assigned and a pick up date. I had some time constrains for pick up and delivery but they got it done within my time frame. The driver Juan Carlos Vasquez did an excellent job communicating ahead of pick up and again before delivery. The boat and trailer arrived in good condition in NC and despite the rocky start and poor communication I was very satisfied with the service.

Used citizen shipper to have a puppy transported to New Hampshire. Great website to use. Reason for only four stars is their expensive booking fee.

Booking was easy, got a GREAT driver at the best price. Only downside is that citizenshipper charges a good bit for a booking fee.

He was consistent and kept his word. This company really took a chance with me while I was on a budget. He didn't have to do business with me out of greed. He did business with me as if I was a family and or friend. And all I can say is thank you!

The service fee is on the expensive side! All CitizenShipper"s were excellent to negotiate with!!

This was my first time using this service and I am glad I found it. I had to transport a kitten from California to Massachusetts. It was easy to set up my request and I started receiving bids within minutes. There were about 20 to choose from and I was able to find someone within my budget and who came highly recommended. The whole process was completed with no issues. My only issues is that the booking fee is a little steep.

This is a good resource to find pet transport. It is good to know the credentials and qualifications of the transporters have been vetted. One criticism that we have is that the fees paid to CitizenShipper directly seem very high for the amount of interaction with the company itself. This would, in conjunction with the fees we had to pay to the transporters, put some people way out of our budget. Other than that, it is a good service and we found a very trustworthy transporter of our pet.

My actial shipper was great. The only thing a little frustrating was the lack of updates before pickup. The citizenShipper app seemed a bit salesy and pushy, overallwas goos.
