Great service,we used them to bring our new puppy from AL to NJ. Awesome communication and rates. We recommend it 100%!

Excellent communication and care from Amanda ((Amanda@58PurplePup). I was able to follow the route in real time and my kitty even arrived earlier than scheduled. Very happy with whole experience.

We had a huge issue with the original sub contractor we contracted with to do our shipping. The Customer Service Department was awesome in helping us find a new freight hauler. We received full credit, found a new shipper and our freight was picked up the following day and delivered two days later.

Our Shipper arrived promptly at the time she said she would. The transfer of the dog was quick. Our shipper was nice and polite and told us the approximate time the dog was to be delivered. She sent updates on her location and delivered our dog safe and sound. Her rate was very reasonable. If we ever need a shipper again we will look for her!

Great service when you need to find the best value for transporting pets!

This service made our family move so much less stressful! Flying our two dogs across the country alone was not an option, and traveling with two dogs and two children was far too stressful. CitizenShipper enabled us to find a trusted person to transport our pets with peace of mind and made our move that much easier. The platform was easy to use, and the fact that they have done background checks on the drivers made us feel much more secure about putting our animals in the care of someone we did not know personally.

The man I went with showed great care in getting my animals to me safely! Would 100% recommend!

Awesome service and such nice animal loving people! Thank you for a wonderful experience to get my fur baby Simba home.
